March 22, 2010: Kim spent all day yesterday babysitting her adorable baby nephew Mason. Kim took Mason out to look at some clothes at ZARA on South Beach. She looked stylish and pretty in her Christian Louboutin’s. Kim was even armed with a high fashion diaper bag. Sister Kourtney came along later and the pair went out for a spa and a lunch.
