Kim heads to a photoshoot in Malibu – July 27

July 27, 2011: Kim Kardashian with a case of psoriasis on her legs, leaves her home for a photoshoot in Los Angeles, California today. You can see the remnants of the rash on her legs. Just a short while later she was pictured hard at work during the shoot in Malibu, which was for Harper’s Bazaar Arabia! She tweeted “Huge cover shoot today!!! I am soooo excited for this one! I will try to send a twitpic! It’s my 1st cover for the middle east! Sooo major!” Gorgeous! Check out the pics.
