February 16, 2010: Kim was seen making her way through Los Angeles International Airport last night after a flight from New York City. After a busy week of promoting in the Big Apple, Kim is finally back home. As she was being snapped, one pap apparently tripped and lost both his shoes much to Kim’s amusement.
