Kim Kardashian continues her whirlwind shopping spree in Beverly Hills, CA on August 16, 2010 with Entourage star Adrian Grenier who sympathetically looked on as the Keeping Up With the Kardashians starlet surveyed her Bentley after a minor fender bender.
