On Tuesday Kim was caught by the paparazzi leaving the gym after yet another tough workout session. She went home and had a quick outfit change, before heading back out for some frozen yogurt at Pinkberry. Kim nearly took a fall in her high heels, but luckily she caught her balance and was able to get right back to satisfying her sweet tooth.
